FLAGS FOR ML — Review Queue
Round 1 CLEARED by ML 2026-07-21 (message.txt review). Resolutions recorded below and propagated into the docs. New flags accumulate in §2.
1. Round 1 — RESOLVED
| Flag | ML's ruling | Propagated to |
|---|---|---|
| F1 — Values vs mission | VALUEMAXX is the MISSION (value-max the audience via token-maxing), not a value. The values floor is small, firm, baked-in: (VF1) the law — interpreted explicitly and non-generously, proof/court-case standard, optimize aggressively within bounds; (VF2) honest transactions — no scamming in presentation or transaction (no bill-without-ship shapes); (VF3) no shitty things. Enforcement is LIGHT — worst-outcome prevention, never quality policing (e.g. un-cleared image copyright ≠ values block). Deploying human adds values at seed on top of the floor; floor lean: not overrideable. | VALUES.md rewritten (v2.1); SYSTEM.md §0 mission; PIPELINE.md §3 re-pointed to mission machinery; CONSEQUENCE.md Q5 narrowed to floor clauses |
| F2 — Delegated bounds | The system is self-containing. All human input optional beyond the required launch seed. Command center + consensus gating shepherd everything else. | Standing doctrine; bounds question dissolved |
| F3 — Locked persona | Same as F2: personality is fully system-governed through consensus gating — never a values event, never ML-gated. | CONSEQUENCE.md migration table note |
| F4 — Hash chain | Mandatory — higher auditability wins. | LEDGER.md prev_hash required |
| F5 — Ledger layout | Per-day segments. The day is the system's reporting dimension: every worker, meta-worker, and meta-meta-worker reports daily. | LEDGER.md §1 |
| F6 — Ramp | Ramp progression is denominated in system turns/cycles, not clock time: conservative in turns ("slower in development"), while the system is engineered to run those turns as fast as possible in clock time. The dial governs clock speed; graduation counts cycles. | ONRAMP graduation criteria stay cycle-denominated; valve map governs clock speed (FLOOD §4-5) |
| F7 — Console vs values block | Same as F2 pattern: the floor is firm (law/scam blocks stand — "we're either breaking the law or we're not"), everything else is system-governed. Console cannot clear a floor block; floor is narrow so this rarely binds. | GATES.md §7 stands with narrowed floor |
| F8 — Discord surface | REVERSED from draft lean: the Discord broadcast surface is deliberately GIGANTIC. All workers post updates to channels; ML watches the whole workforce work (visualization + evaluation). Discord = display mirror, never transport; captured endpoints remain the record. Tuning what surfaces where is expected; default is everything visible. | CHANNELS.md discord kind; DEPLOYMENT.md §5 to be re-checked next pass |
| F9 — Fleet shape | Do our best, battle-test on the next site, return with feedback. | Deferred by design to site #2 |
Standing reporting directive (from F5): ALL reporting in the system is daily, at every layer. On top of reports, workers still broadcast outputs continuously, easily configurable for visibility.
2. Round 2 — OPEN (accumulating)
(none yet — constants-to-be-measured register carries forward below)
Constants to be MEASURED from deployment data (policy approved: measure, don't design)
- Tier-table numerics (CONSEQUENCE §2) · graduation cycle-counts (ONRAMP §11) · cooldown K
- Model-trial parameters; demotion maturity criteria (MODELS)
- Valve safe ranges; what-breaks-first; core→keyword pivot thresholds (FLOOD)
- Canary corpus design (DEPLOYMENT §8) · personality dial set (RESEARCH)
- Boot-bloom seed set (ONRAMP §3) · snapshot/drill targets (CONTINUITY §7)
- Provenance fingerprinting + independence axes (SECURITY §7)
- Staleness multiplier (CHANNELS) · rework-loop caps; rich-media checklist items (PIPELINE)
3. Settled by prior ML directives
- Storefront rebuild: LAST, after the system is complete.
- Whitepaper unpublished; concepts in SMM's own voice.
- Blueprint = strongly-worded advice, not gospel; 2:1 meta ratio fluid upward to spec.
Round 1 cleared 2026-07-21. The command center appends; only ML clears.
